Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from petoryyyc.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Our Products
Petory creates custom hand-finished 3D-printed pet figurines. Each piece is made to order and is unique. Because every figurine is custom-made from your submitted photos, we cannot guarantee an exact likeness — we strive for the closest possible representation. Product colors and appearance on screen may differ slightly from the finished piece due to monitor settings and the nature of hand-painting.
3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time you place your order. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
4. Photo Submission
To produce your figurine, we require you to submit one or more photos of your pet. By submitting photos, you confirm that you own the photos or have the right to provide them for this purpose. We use your photos solely to create your custom figurine and will not share them with third parties. If your photos are insufficient quality, we will contact you before proceeding. We are not responsible for limitations in the final product that result from low-quality or unclear photo submissions.
5. Production and Shipping
Most orders are ready within 5 business days of order placement. Production times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. We ship across Canada and the United States using Shippo-connected carriers. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to you. We are not liable for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage during transit — please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve any issues. Calgary local pickup is available at 3508 8 Ave SW, Calgary, AB. Please contact us to arrange a pickup time.
6. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with likeness, as all custom work involves inherent artistic interpretation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on petoryyyc.com — including images, text, graphics, logos, and designs — is owned by Petory or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
