Order information — the products you purchase, transaction history, payment confirmation details. Payment card numbers are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Photo submissions — photos of your pet that you upload to fulfill your custom order. These are used solely for production purposes. Account information — if you create an account, your username, password, and saved preferences. Usage information — your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and how you interact with our website, collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies. Communications — messages you send to us via email or contact forms.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to: Process and fulfill your orders, including communicating with you about production status and shipping. Send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications). Send marketing emails, promotions, and updates — only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time. Improve and personalize our website and services. Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances: Service providers — we use third-party services to operate our business, including: • Stripe (payment processing) — stripe.com/privacy • Shippo (shipping and label generation) — goshippo.com/privacy • Supabase (database and authentication) — supabase.com/privacy • Resend (transactional and marketing email) — resend.com/privacy These providers have access to your information only as needed to perform their services and are bound by their own privacy policies. Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Order records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Pet photos submitted for production purposes are deleted from our systems within 30 days of your order being marked complete, unless you request earlier deletion by contacting us.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI-compliant. However, no data transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a breach of security safeguards involving your personal information that poses a real risk of significant harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required by PIPEDA.
8. Your Rights
Under applicable Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and Alberta's PIPA), you have the right to: • Access the personal information we hold about you. • Request correction of inaccurate information. • Withdraw consent to the collection or use of your information (subject to legal or contractual obligations). • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
